Joe Mantegna, who traditionally co-hosts the annual event with Sinise, could not attend “due to an ear issue,” the actor wrote on social media. Mantegna expressed gratitude to Morales for stepping in on his behalf.

The 2025 concert includes performances by Yolanda Adams, Blair Underwood, Scotty Hasting, Angel Blue, Loren Allred, the National Symphony Orchestra and U.S. military bands and ensembles.
