The device uses a titanium body and weighs under 6 grams. This makes it easy to wear all day and even while sleeping. It comes in a Carbon Black matte finish and is available in sizes from 7 to 12. boAt also offers a sizing kit so users can measure their fingers at home and get a ring with a proper fit.
For health tracking, the ring offers round-the-clock heart rate monitoring along with Heart Rate Variability insights.
