Several Microsoft services, including Outlook and Microsoft 365, are reportedly down across different regions. According to Downdetector, the outages began just before 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
Users primarily in New York City and Toronto reported issues accessing Microsoft’s services. Many complained about difficulties connecting to the server, preventing them from using essential productivity tools. The outage appeared to impact both personal and business accounts.
As of now, Microsoft has not provided an official explanation for the outage. I also checked the official Service health page, but all services’ current status looks fine.
We will update this story as more details emerge.
