The security forces during the interrogation of the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) have found out that the terrorists were present in Baisaran valley two days before the terrorist attack and reached the Valley on April 15.
In a major development in the Pahalgam terror attack, the security forces during the interrogation of the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) have found out that the terrorists were present in Baisaran valley two days before the terrorist attack and reached the Valley on April 15.
It was also found that apart from Baisaran valley, recce of three other places – Aru Valley, Amusement Park and Betaab Valley – was done and these three locations were on the target of terrorists. But due to security reasons, the attack did not happen.
According to sources, 4 OGWs had helped Pakistani terrorists in recce and evidence of use of 3 satellite phones has also been found in the valley.
Out of 2500 suspects, 186 people are still in custody and their interrogation is going on, according to sources.
