Content creator and film producer RJ Mahvash shared a heartfelt note for cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal amid dating rumours. On Tuesday (April 8), Mahvash attended Punjab Kings vs Chennai Super Kings’ IPL match and was seen cheering for Chahal’s team. Several pictures and videos of Mahvash have been doing the rounds on social media.
Amid this, on Wednesday, Mahvash took to her Instagram and shared a selfie with Chahal and penned a note of support.
“One for supporting your people through thick and thin and standing behind them like a rock! We are all here for you @yuzi_chahal23,” she captioned her post.
She also took to her Instagram story to re-share the post and wrote, “Here to support kings this year… cz dosti tameez se nibhaate hai hum bhai.”
Mahvash has been all over the news of late due to her link-up rumours with Chahal, post his divorce with choreographer Dhanashree Verma. The cricketer and Dhanashree were officially granted divorce in March 2025.
However, in a recent podcast, Mahvash declared that she is “single but happy”, and also quipped that she is someone who dates to marry.
“I am very single, but happy. Mujhe shaadi ka concept samajh nahi aa raha hai aajkal. I am someone who would date to get married to that person. I don’t go on casual dates. I feel I’ll only date someone whom I want to marry. Currently, I have stopped understanding the concept of marriage altogether, hence, I am not dating also. I’ve put a halt on all that,” she said.
While she did not name Chahal explicitly, she also said in another segment during the podcast that trolling and link-up rumours do not affect her anymore, and that she has learnt to deal with it.

For those unversed, rumours of Chahal and Mahvash dating first surfaced after the two were spotted at a hotel together around the time when reports of the former’s marriage with Dhanashree being in trouble had gone viral. However, Mahvash lashed out at the reports back then and stated that they were just friends.
But Chahal and Mahvash once again grabbed eyeballs when they attended the Champions Trophy finale in Dubai together. They were also spotted together just a few hours before the cricketer officially got divorced with Dhanashree at the Bandra family court in Mumbai on March 20.
