As promised, realme has launched the realme GT 7 smartphone in India. It is the latest phone in the company’s GT series. The phone offers flagship-level performance without costing as much as other flagship phones.

The phone comes in two colour options – IceSense Blue and IceSense Black. The IceSense Blue version uses a layer of blue fiberglass that reflects light like cold icy waves. The IceSense Black version has graphene with mica particles that shine like ice crystals on rocks. The graphene is mixed with fiberglass to reduce the temperature by up to 6°C.

The phone also features an Indium Laser-Etched Frame with a premium metal finish. The back panel has a Pro-Gaming Coating inspired by gaming mouse surfaces. It gives a skin-friendly and anti-slip grip. The realme GT 7 comes with an IP69 rating, making it resistant to dust and water. It also has Armor Shell Glass protection on the front.

The phone comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 6000 nits peak brightness. The display also has a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 360Hz instant touch sampling rate. There is also an Armor Shell Glass protection to protect the display from scratches.

It is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400e processor. The company claims it can score up to 2.45 million points on AnTuTu. The phone also has a 7700mm² vapour chamber cooling system. It uses IceSense Graphene for 360° heat dissipation, which helps in maintaining high performance.

The phone has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Realme has also partnered with Krafton to offer a 6-hour stable 120FPS gaming experience on the phone.

The phone runs Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 out of the box. realme has promised 3 major Android updates and 4 years of security updates.

The realme GT 7 features a triple rear camera setup. It has a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP 2x telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera.

The phone includes several AI-based features, such as AI glare removal and AI landscape. It also supports 2K live photos, underwater photography, and travel filters like city, mountain, and island modes.

The phone supports 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB Type-C, and dual-band GPS. It has stereo speakers and supports Hi-Res audio for an immersive sound experience. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for fast and secure unlocking.

The realme GT 7 packs a massive 7000mAh battery. It supports 120W fast charging. The phone can charge from 0 to 50% in 14 minutes and 100% in just 40 minutes.

Realme also launched the GT 7 Dream Edition, created in collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One Team. It comes in Aston Martin Racing Green and features an aerodynamic flow-line design along with an engraved Silver Wings Emblem.

This edition comes in a special collector’s box that includes a Silver Wing case and a race car-inspired SIM ejector pin. It is available in a single 16GB + 512GB model.
