New Delhi: In a shocking turn of events that has shocked the business world, a post on social media about a TCS employee who has reportedly not received salary for four months is gone viral. In a post that is going viral, an image of the employee sleeping on road along with a note can be seen from a TCS employee named Saurabh More saying that he did not receive salary for four months and he would be forced to sleep on road.

Why TCS employee is sleeping on road?

“I have informed HR I don’t have money and will be forced to sleep and live outside TCS on footpath. HR has not responded to that and kept quiet. Hence I am living on footpath since 29th July 2025, in front of TCS”, Saurabh More, the TCS employee wrote in his note as seen in the viral post.

How has TCS responded to the viral claim?

“This is a case of unauthorized absence where the employee has been absent from the office. In accordance with standard procedure, payroll was suspended during this period. The employee has now reported back and requested reinstatement. We have provided him with accommodation for now and are supporting him in addressing his situation in a fair and constructive manner”, TCS was quoted as saying by a report by Moneycontrol as a response to the viral note.
