Delhi Pollution: The air quality of Delhi and NCR remained in the very poor category, raising concerns about people’s health. Air pollution is worse in Noida. Check AQI of major areas and GRAP Stage III restrictions.
Delhi Pollution: Delhi and adjoining National Capital Region (NCR) woke up to hazardous smog on Tuesday. The air quality of the national capital remained at the upper range of the very poor category, with an overall AQI of 363. However, the air quality was better than on Monday. As per morning data, most of the monitoring stations in the capital city crossed the 400 mark, plunging into the severe category. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the temperature of the national capital will dip to 9 degrees Celsius with moderate fog all across the city today.
Delhi Air Pollution: What Was The Area-Wise AQI Of Delhi?
According to the data available at 8 am, major areas of Delhi such as Rohini recorded the highest AQI at 416, Anand Vihar stood at 401, Jahangirpuri and Wazirpur both recorded an AQI of 400. Out of 39 air monitoring stations, several stations were also close to entering the severe zone.

NCR Air Pollution: AQI Of Major Cities
Noida, one of the major cities of NCR, reported an overall AQI of 390, slipping to very poor category. The air quality in Noida is worse than Delhi. The city was in the severe zone on Saturday.
On the other hand, Ghaziabad to breathing toxic air as the AQI levels increased to 348. In Gurugram, the AQI was 311. In Faridabad, the air quality is comparatively better at 222.
GRAP Stage III: Work From Home
As the air quality continues to remain very poor, the authorities have ordered government and private establishments to function with 50 percent staff strength. The remaining 50 per cent of employees will continue to work from home.
Notably, essential services such as hospitals, fire services, and public transportation have been exempted from the restrictions.
After the orders private offices in Delhi will run with 50 percent staff, the remaining 50 percent will “mandatorily” work from home, Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena ordered.

Delhi Weather Forecast
Residents of Delhi and adjoining NCR woke up to a colder and foggy morning on Tuesday with deteriorated air quality. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the temperature of the national capital will dip to 9 degrees Celsius with moderate fog all across the city today. The daytime temperature will hover near 24 degrees Celsius and the minimum will dip to 9 degrees Celsius.
Delhi Weather: What Did IMD Say?
According to the weather department, moderate fog is likely to blanket the national capital till November 26. “Shallow to Moderate fog during the morning hours of 24-25th November 2025. Shallow fog during morning hours of 26th November 2025 and shallow to moderate fog during morning hours thereafter,” the IMD stated.
Delhi Weather: IMD Forecast For This Week
The IMD stated that Delhi and the adjoining National Capital Region (NCR) will remain foggy till Sunday. The minimum temperature is expected to drop to 9 degrees Celsius.
