Residents of Paramount Floraville Society, Sector 137, Noida 201304, protested against the arbitrary hike in the monthly Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Charges by the Builder, without giving any basis for the enhancement in CAM, which is against the well laid norms.
Residents were agitated as the Builder had issued a notice without holding a mandatory meeting and discussion with the residents in which it was to be decided how to proceed with the scrutiny of the Audited Accounts of the maintenance expenses incurred by Premium Facility and JLL.
