Only one meeting of Gau Cabinet held so far
Minister of state for Animal Husbandry and Dairy, Lakhan Patel said in written reply that Gau Cabinet was formed on November 18 and ministers were included in it. So far, only one meeting of Gau Cabinet has been held. He was replying to the question asked by MLA Madhu Bhagat in assembly. Bhagat also wanted to know about the decisions taken by the Gau Cabinet.
Bhopal Milk Federation running in profit
MoS for Animal Husbandry and Dairy, Lakhan Patel said that from last ten years, Bhopal Milk Federation is running in profit. It has six plants operational in Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Sagar. Gwalior Cooperative Milk Federation is in loss, though. He stated this in written reply to the question asked by Hemant Katare. He rejected the question that management and operation of Sanchi Milk Federation, Bhopal has been given to National Dairy Development Board.
Dodiyar demands formation of SIT
During Zero Hour of Assembly, MLA Kamlesh Dodiyar salleged that in Ratlam, he was insulted by a doctor. He demanded a SIT probe into the matter. Recently, Dodiyar had gone to a hospital and there he entered into a verbal duel with the doctor. In the complaint to the police, he had accused the doctor of misbehavior.
Speaker, LoP to pay their IT, bill passed
Assembly passed the two separate bills allowing Assembly Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Leader of Opposition to pay their own income tax. Earlier, taking part in the discussion on allowing Assembly Speaker to pay his own income tax, Congress MLA Omkar Singh Markam had demanded that the decision to pay the income tax shall be left on the conscience of Speaker and it shall not be made mandatory. He said that what will happen on the day when a poor person becomes the Speaker and how would he pay his own Income Tax.
