Muzaffarnagar: A Nilgai collided with farmer leader Rakesh Tikait’s car in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar by-pass on Friday. The car was majorly damaged. However, Tikait did not sustain any injuries as the airbag opened on time.

After the incident Tikat in a video message said that he was traveling from a village after attending a Holi ceremony in his Fortuner car and had secured his seat belt.

Tikat further said that it was because the airbag opened a major accident was averted. Tikat in the video said that he was alright and asked his well-wishers not to worry and that his tomorrow’s schedule remains unaffected.

A big Nilgai collided with the car and because of which the accident happened.

Rakesh Tikait’s Appeal

Rakesh Tikait in the video also appealed to the people to secure their seatbelts while driving. He also said that one of the persons in the car sustained minor injuries as he had not secured the seat belt. He further appealed the people to not overspeed while driving.
