How to check your name in voter list on phone?
- Search ‘Electoral Roll’ in your phone’s browser
- Click on ‘Voter rolls – Voter’s services Portal’
- Fill out the necessary details like state, year of revision, roll type, district, and assembly constituency
- Choose the language and fill in captcha details
- Select details in ‘Part no. and Part name’ at the page’s end
- Download the selected PDF
How to fill out Form-6?
If your name is not in the list, fill out Form 6 with the below-mentioned steps.
- Visit the official voters service portal
- Click on ‘Sign-up’ to register
- Log in to voters service portal using phone number and password
- Click on ‘Fill Form 6’ button in ‘Forms’ option
- Fill out the required details and upload the necessary documents
- Click on ‘Preview and Submit’ button
- Click on ‘Submit’
Later, you will be receiving an acknowledgement number to check your application’s status. If all the details are correct, your name will be added to the final voter list.

- Log in to official voters service portal using your ID and password
- Select ‘Track Application’
- Enter acknowledgement number
- Select your state
- Click on ‘Submit’ button
