Motorola just expanded its Razr brand beyond flip phones with a new book-style foldable dubbed the Razr Fold. The device packs a massive 8.1-inch folding screen and flagship-grade specs, but it’s not the only device turning heads at Motorola’s CES booth.
Alongside the new foldable phone, Motorola also unveiled a slim flagship phone called the Motorola Signature at the trade show. While not as thin as Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge or Apple’s iPhone Air, the Signature is slimmer than most other flagship phones on the market, measuring just 6.99mm.
Despite the slim form factor, the device offers impressive specs, including a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. Most notably, it houses a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
For imaging, the Motorola Signature features a quad 50MP camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP LYT-600 3x telephoto sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor with macro support, and a 50MP LYT-500 selfie shooter. Other notable features include Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the display, an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance, and a MIL-STD-810H certification.
The Signature is one of Motorola’s first phones to offer 7 years of software support
On the software front, the device runs Motorola’s Hello UX on top of Android 16. The Signature is one of the company’s first phones to offer seven Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates, making it a great option for buyers who plan to hold onto their devices long term.
As for pricing, Motorola says that the Signature will soon be available in select European markets for €999. There’s no word on US availability yet, but the phone is set to launch in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions in the coming months.
