Motorola has officially unveiled its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Moto G05, in India. The phone is priced at just Rs. 6,999 and offers a robust set of features.

Moto G05 features a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate for offering smooth visuals. It also has a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits that’s impressive for the segment. The screen also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 to ensure durability.

It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM. It promises to offer smooth performance for everyday tasks and light gaming. The phone includes 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The smartphone comes with Android 15 out of the box and the company is also committed to providing two years of security updates.

The phone has a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and LED flash. The front houses an 8MP camera with an f/2.05 aperture, ideal for selfies and video calls.

It includes stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. Connectivity options are dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner offering quick and secure access to the device

Moto G05 packs a 5200mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. This ensures extended usage without frequent recharges.

The Moto G05 comes with an IP52 rating, making it resistant to dust and splashes. The device comes in two attractive colors, Forest Green and Plum Red, featuring a vegan leather finish for a premium look and feel.

Moto G05 will be available for purchase starting January 13th through Flipkart, motorola.in, and select retail stores across India. It is priced at Rs. 6,999 for a single 4GB + 64GB version.
