Millions on East Coast blanketed by most snowfall some have seen in years

Parts of the Northeast are just beginning to dig out after a powerful winter storm. In some cases, it was the worst blizzard in a decade. It’s compounding more trouble onto what’s already been a difficult winter. Geoff Bennett reports.
