Uttarakhand explosive alert: In a matter of massive alert for the security agencies of India, a large quantity of highly explosive gelatin sticks have been found near a school in a village in Uttarakhand. In the recent update, 161 gelatin sticks, weighing over 20 kg have been found in a school in a village in Uttarakhand. The update is significant as it comes days after nearly 3,000 kg explosives were found in Haryana linked to the Delhi blast.
In the recent update in the case from Uttarakhand, the bomb disposal squad collected the packets, sealed them, and placed them in a safe place.
“161 gelatin sticks were recovered from the bushes near a school in Dabra village. The police reached the spot. The bomb disposal squad also conducted an inquiry. The nearby areas were also searched,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Devendra Pincha was quoted as saying by a NDTV report.
Mumbai Police detain three linked to Delhi blast accused
In another significant update on the case, the Mumbai Police detained three individuals linked to the accused in the Delhi car blast attack case, a report carried by IANS news agency said. The report also said that the accused are now being sent to Delhi for further interrogration.
These three individuals were detained from different locations in a secret operation carried out by a special team of the Mumbai Police and are currently being questioned. According to the officials, the detained people were in contact with the accused through a social media application.
