New Delhi: A coach of the Garib Rath train travelling from Ludhiana to Delhi suddenly caught fire. The incident occurred in coach number 19, which was carrying many passengers. The fire caused panic among the passengers, who began jumping out to save their lives. Several passengers were injured. Upon receiving the information, teams from the Railway Police and local administration arrived at the scene and attempted to control the fire. The fire was brought under control within an hour, and the train departed.
