Go Zero, an Indian FMCG brand that took its business voyage to the Shark Tank India dock, bagged a deal with Aman Gupta, founder of boAt.
Namita Thapar And Go Zero
An X user has now raised some questions on the product that the company sells. The X user with the handle Jitendra Jain took to the platform to scrutinize the company’s ice cream.
In a post, he enquired, “Would you trust an ice cream that refuses to melt after an hour at room temperature? @namitathapar?”
Now, why did Jain Shark Tank Judge and Emcure Pharma’s Executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Namita Thapar?
Here is why.
Although, Thapar recently took to X to talk about her involvement with teh brand. In a post on X, Thapar said, “With a sales of 5 cr in Jan (the off season for ice cream), this fabulous shark tank founder is on track to do an ARR of 100cr. Ice cream with zero sugar, half the calories & abs delicious flavours ! I wasn’t there the day he pitched, but I have been a big fan of Kiran Shah & Go Zero (a daily staple in my freezer) & so I reached out to my friend & ace investor Arjun Vaidya to help me with this sweet deal 🙂 Kiran has domain expertise & the kind of drive, intellect & warmth that is so endearing & unique. Go Zero’s Kiran also took to Instagram to announce that the company got her on board as well.
Coming back to Jain’s post on X, questioning the company, upon a question on whether Jain had checked the product for its content, Jain said the following, “natural hi khate, yeh weight loss ke chakkar mein and shark tank!”
