Hafiz Saeed is the mastermind behind the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
New Delhi: According to the news pouring in from across the border and the Line of Control (LoC), Hafiz Saeed, the co-founder of terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), has been critically injured in a “mysterious shooting” near Jhelum in the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) region on Sunday, 16 March 2025.
Meanwhile, other reports suggest that Hafiz Saeed was reportedly shot in Pakistan’s Punjab and the intelligence sources say he was critically injured.
Not much information is available about the man and the situation as of now.
Earlier, Faisal Nadeem, alias Abu Qatal, a close associate of Hafiz Saeed, and one of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s most wanted terrorists, was killed in Pakistan on Saturday night, March 15.
Hafiz Saeed is said to be the mastermind behind the 26/11 Mumbai attacks and is among India’s most wanted terrorists. The attack reportedly took place after Saeed’s secret meeting with a top Pakistan Army commander.
