The other IAS officers who are promoted to junior administrative pay scale are Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, Dr. Amit Yadav, Pratap Singh, Dr. Manju, Dr. Ravindra Goswami, Rohitashv Singh Tomar and Artika Shukla.
The Bhajan Lal Sharma government gave promotion to several IAS and IPS officers in the beginning of the year. The promotion includes prominent names like Tina Dabi, Athar Aamir ul Shafi Khan and Tina Dabi’s younger sister, Ria Dabi.
The government promoted 28 IAS, 45 IPS and 29 IFS across different ranks.
2016 batch IAS officers Tina Dabi, Athar Aamir ul Shafi Khan got Proforma promotion and they have been elevated from junior administrative pay scale. Meanwhile, Tina Dabi’s sister Ria Dabi has also been promoted for her performance in governance.
Ria has been elevated from junior pay scale to senior pay scale. There are several other officials who have been promoted and witnessed a jump in their pay scale.
In addition to this, 1995 batch IAS officer Bhaskar Atmaram Sawant has been promoted to the pay scale of chief secretary and he has got his posting as additional chief secretary. IAS Pravin Kumar Gupta also has been promoted in the category.
