New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Karmayogi Housing Scheme–2025 for the government employees. It is important to note that the brochure of the scheme will be released on December 19, and the registration process will also begin on the same day. As per the scheme, 1,169 flats will be built in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK categories. Government employees will be able to purchase these flats at a discount of up to 25 percent.
This scheme is exclusively for employees of the Central Government, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Public Sector Banks, Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, and similar government institutions.
Here are some of the key details:
- All the flats under this scheme are located in Narela, in Pocket-9, A1 to A4.
- There are 320 one-BHK flats, priced between Rs 45.37 lakh and Rs 45.71 lakh.
- After the discount, the price will be approximately Rs 34.03 lakh to Rs 34.28 lakh.
- There are 576 two-BHK flats, priced between Rs 1.06 crore and Rs 1.17 crore.
- After the discount, the price will be around Rs 79.81 lakh to Rs 88.16 lakh.
- There are 272 three-BHK flats, priced at approximately Rs 1.52 crore to Rs 1.69 crore.
- After the discount, these flats will be available for around Rs 1.14 crore to Rs 1.27 crore.

The objective of this scheme is to create community living spaces for government and PSU employees, allowing them to live together in one area with their neighbors. According to an official, the DDA has previously also offered flats to government employees at discounted rates.
