In a story shared on their wellness platform, Wellness Foundry, founders Jamie Ray Meek and Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek appeared cheerful and relaxed as they waited to board the ill-fated flight. With a warm smile to the camera, Fiongal stated, “We are at the airport. Just boarding. Goodbye India”. Jamie followed with, “And now we fly back to England.”

Fiongal signed off the video with a bright smile, saying, “Going back happily, happily, happily… calm,” his tone full of cheer and lightness — unaware it would be one of his final moments captured on camera. According to the media reports, the Instagram story has since been deleted. The Gujarat government has mobilised three teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), comprising 90 personnel, from Gandhinagar to the crash site to aid rescue operations. The Ahmedabad City Police has released an emergency helpline number for assistance and information related to the crash. “Ahmedabad City Police Emergency Number for Police Emergency Services and necessary information related to the Ahmedabad Plane Crash 07925620359,” Ahmedabad Police stated in a post on X.
