Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh has an exciting lineup of films, including Metro In Dino and Aap Jaisa Koi, both slated for release in July. Recently, she sparked dating rumours with her Gustakh Ishq co-star Vijay Varma after the two were spotted by paparazzi outside a café in Mumbai.
At the trailer launch event of Aap Jaise Koi in Mumbai on Wednesday (June 25), the actress clarified her relationship status and revealed that she is single. Fatima shared, “Acche ladke hai hi nai yaar.. Koi bhi nahi hai (meri life mein) Filmon mein acche hote hai. “
Fatima and Vijay are set to collaborate for the first-time ever in Gustakh Ishq. The romantic drama film is helmed by Vibhu Puri, and Manish Malhotra’s Stage 5 Productions is producing the film.
The film also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Sharib Hashmi. Gustakh Ishq also marks the return of lyricist-music composer duo Gulzar and Vishal Bhardwaj, who will score the soundtrack of the movie.
Vijay, who was earlier in a relationship with actress Tamannaah Bhatia, has broken up with her after dating for almost two years. However, the duo has not commented on the reports.
