Sonam Raghuvanshi(25) and Raja Raghuvanshi (29) got married in Indore on May 11 and Raja was killed after exactly 11 days.
Numerology has many and but many have also paid price for it. Sonam Raghuvanshi(25) and Raja Raghuvanshi (29) got married in Indore on May 11 and reached Meghalaya via Guwahati in Assam on May 21 for their honeymoon. According to police Raja was hacked to death on May 23 while honeymooning in the northeastern state. His wife Sonam, her alleged boyfriend Raj and three hitmen have been arrested in connection with the murder.
But there is something peculiar with and that his Sonam’s connection with number 11.
February 11 – engagement
After meeting on Ramnavami, Raja Raghuvanshi and Sonam’s family fixed their marriage with mutual consent in October 2024. February 11, was chosen for the engagement.
May 11 – marriage
Exactly three months later, the wedding date was May 11. The entire family was busy with preparations like wedding cards, bride’s clothes, jewellery, band-baja and many more. Little did he know that in that wedding mandap he was taking seven vows not with his better half, but with his own death.
Murder after 11 days
Tickets to Meghalaya were booked without informing Raja. Sonam insisted that Raja should wear his gold chain, ring and bracelet. The plan was to make his murder look like a robbery. On May 20, she met Raja directly at the airport and both of them left for Guwahati. And exactly 11 days after the marriage, on May 23, Sonam along with her companions murdered Raja.
Raja’s decomposed body was found in a gorge near Weisawdong Falls on June 2. A search continued for Sonam, who emerged in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur, around 1,200 km away, in the early hours of June 9 and surrendered as police arrested his boyfriend and the three hitmen.
