Aurangabad: Deogiri Government ITI Signs MoU With Toyota Kirloskar Motors For Modern Automotive Training Program |
Deogiri Government ITI and Toyota Kirloskar Motors signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP) on Thursday. The MoU will facilitate training in modern automotive technology.
T-TEP is a special project in which students will be imparted training in modern vehicle technology, maintenance, and repair. The students of Deogiri Government ITI will receive training in modern automobiles as per the demand of the industry. They will also receive guidance from technical experts from Toyota.
The Education and Training Regional Joint Director Purushottam Devtale, ITI Deputy Director Pradeep Durge, President of the Management Committee Ashish Garde, Vice Principal Satyabhushan Gosavi, Dilip Wankhede, Rangrao Bulbule, Toyota Officer Ravi Sontakke, Sandeep Pawar, Nasir Maner, Sachin Mahamune, and Vishal were present.
Sontakke said the company is committed to providing training of international standards to youths in India. The program has been designed to ensure that students gain actual experience of the automobile industry.
Durge said the technical department of the ITI will become more modernized after implementing the program, and the institute will provide all the assistance needed to make it successful. The students of ITI will have employment opportunities after completing the program.
