Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and NBCC (India) Limited formally signed a supplementary Memorandum of Understanding on 30.01.2026 to extend the original agreement under which NBCC India will continue to act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the development of Vandana Park, Sector-20, Dwarka.
Under the extended agreement, NBCC has also been assigned interim Operation and Maintenance (O&M) responsibilities, which include selecting and onboarding a dedicated O&M agency to ensure smooth and effective operations of the park during its phased opening to the public. NBCC will provide comprehensive implementation support for the initial two years after on boarding , including a one-year defect liability period , to ensure the quality , safety and sustainability of the assets .
The supplementary MoU underscores DDA and NBCC’s shared vision to create an outstanding urban green space, including enhanced visitor amenities, robust security systems, and effective operational management. This continued collaboration demonstrates the strong institutional commitment to timely completion of remaining development works and maintaining high standards of public infrastructure.
