Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bhopal crime branch have arrested two cyber fraudsters for cheating people in the name of giving jobs, from Noida, officials said here on Tuesday.

ADCP Shailendra Singh Chauhan informed that a complainant approached the police and stated in his complaint that he had paid Rs 12.68 lakh to a recruitment agency to get employed in a cement factory. But he never got the appointment.

Accused bought data of people seeking jobs

He said that the accused used to buy data of people seeking jobs online and mail people by creating fake mail IDs in the name of those companies on pretext of giving jobs in big companies.

They used to take money in the form of different fees from people seeking jobs on the pretext of getting them registered in the company and in the name of medical, training, accommodation and food in the company.

Accused provides joining letter made with AI, lures people into scams

Police informed that mastermind Nitesh Sinha used to create fake mail IDs of big companies, make joining letters of companies with the help of AI and CHATGPT and give them to another accused Raj Sinha.

The work of withdrawing money and providing data was done by mastermind Nitesh. The other accused used to call and mail people and trap them in the lure of giving jobs.

The police have seized eight mobile phones, nine SIM cards, one laptop, one router and other documents from them.
