According to the news agency ANI report, a complete blackout has been enforced in Kishtwar of Jammu Division, and sirens are being heard throughout the district. 9:19 PM: India’s Army Air Defence system successfully shot down Pakistan’s F-16 fighter jet as continuous artillery fire from the Pakistani side targeted India’s Jammu, Punjab, and Rajasthan regions.

9:12 PM: A complete blackout has been enforced in Samba of Jammu Division and sirens can be heard.

  • 9:01 PM: One drone struck Jammu airport, while Indian air defence systems successfully intercepted and downed three others in Pathankot, Jammu city, and Udhampur.
  • 9:00 PM: Sirens were also heard in Akhnoor, Samba, and Baramulla. This follows a day after India destroyed nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

As per Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority, Karachi airport was closed until 6 PM, while airports in Islamabad and Lahore were briefly shut down “for operational reasons.”
