Luthra brothers deported from Phuket, Thailand
The deportation of the Luthra brothers who are accused in the Goa nightclub fire case follows their detention in Phuket, Thailand on December 11. As a part of the process to arrest the accused, the Indian mission intervened and coordinated closely with Thai authorities. The Indian government cancelled the passports of the two brothers and submitted a dossier to Thai authorities alleging their involvement in the deaths and formally seeking their deportation.
