WORK FROM HOME: Authorities raise alarm, recommend WFH as Delhi air turns hazardous

Delhi Air Pollution: As Delhi and the adjoining National Capital Region (NCR) continued to breathe hazardous air, with the AQI of most places crossing 400, authorities have proposed shifting measures and restrictions from those applicable under GRAP Stage IV to Stage III. Under the current GRAP measures, public, municipal and private offices across Delhi and NCR can operate at 50 percent capacity. The remaining 50 percent staff work from home. The Central Government has also been advised to consider WFH provisions for its employees wherever possible.
