Xbox has confirmed the list of new games coming to Game Pass in August. This month’s lineup includes some exciting titles like Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, and Aliens: Fireteam Elite. These games will be available across console, cloud, and PC.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the biggest addition this month. The game will be available on August 7. In this new title, players step into the role of Basim in 9th-century Baghdad. Ubisoft is taking the series back to its roots with a focus on stealth and classic Assassin’s Creed gameplay.
Another major title joining the lineup is Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. This sci-fi RPG puts players in the role of an android sleeper trying to survive in a new system while on the run from a powerful corporation. It will be available on August 6.
Rain World is already available on the service. In this survival platformer, you play as a slugcat navigating a dangerous world filled with predators and harsh environments.
Other titles arriving on August 6 include MechWarrior 5: Clans, a tactical mech combat game, Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, a trap-based action game with co-op support, and Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a downhill racing game that now supports 8-player multiplayer.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite is also coming on August 12. This third-person co-op shooter is set in the Alien universe and lets players take on waves of Xenomorphs in a squad-based experience.
On August 14, 9 Kings will launch as a Game Preview title. It is a roguelike kingdom-building game with fast-paced gameplay and chaotic strategy elements.

Some games are also leaving the service this month. Anthem, Farming Simulator 22, and Persona 3 Reload will be removed on August 15.
Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will also get new perks, including early access trials for Madden NFL 26 on August 7 and performance updates for Hellblade II on August 12. Sea of Thieves Season 17 kicks off on August 14 with new features like smuggling missions and ship upgrades.
