New Delhi: Airtel users on Thursday faced massive service outages. The customers have reported widespread issues with calls and internet connectivity. According to Downdetector, user complaints surged past 1,900 by 10:25 AM. Customers voiced their issues on X (formerly Twitter), flooding the platform with reports of no internet access, dropped calls, and total blackouts.
The disruption significantly impacted users’ daily activities, with many unable to work, stream content, or make important calls. As of now, Airtel has not issued an official statement explaining the cause of the outage.
