The India vs Pakistan clash is the most anticipated match of the Champions Trophy 2025, as always in ICC tournaments. The demand for tickets was sky-high when sales began on February 3, and they sold out within minutes as media reports claimed.

To accommodate fans, the ICC released additional tickets on February 16, which also sold out in just a few hours. The Dubai International Cricket Stadium, which holds 25,000 spectators, will be packed for this high-voltage encounter.

India will play all their matches in Dubai after choosing not to travel to Pakistan due to security concerns. They start their campaign on February 20 against Bangladesh, followed by the big match against Pakistan on February 23.

Their last group game is against New Zealand on March 2. While India vs Pakistan tickets were priced from AED 500, tickets for other games in Dubai started at AED 250. As of now, tickets for India vs New Zealand and the first semi-final are still available.

India- Pakistan high octane clash in ICC tournaments

India-Pakistan matches have a history of drawing massive crowds. Their 2023 World Cup clash in Ahmedabad saw over 100,000 fans, making it one of the biggest-attended cricket matches ever.

The two teams also faced off in the T20 World Cup 2024 in New York. The ICC often places them in the same group to guarantee at least one India-Pakistan fixture in major tournaments.

In the Champions Trophy, Pakistan has won three of their five encounters with India, including the 2017 final in London. However, India comes into the tournament with confidence after sweeping England 3-0 in an ODI series at home.

On the other hand, Pakistan lost the ODI tri-series final to New Zealand on February 14. They will begin their title defense against New Zealand in Karachi on February 19.
