ASUS has unveiled its latest mini PC dubbed Asus NUC 14 Essential. This is an ultra-compact device powered by Intel’s new Core N-series processor. It promises to offer performance and energy efficiency for everyday tasks.
Asus claims that NUC 14 Essential can handle a range of daily computing needs, such as web browsing, video conferencing, streaming, and basic content creation.
It packs an Intel Core N-series processor with up to eight E-core architectures. The processor promises a 42% performance improvement over its predecessors.
The device also has a VESA mount kit, so it can be attached to the back of monitors or mounted in tight spaces. This makes it ideal for office, classroom, or digital signage applications. It is also easy to upgrade. So, you can upgrade memory and SSD storage to adapt the evolving needs.
It also features a self-healing BIOS and remote management capabilities through the ASUS Control Center. This allows IT departments to maintain control and secure the system remotely.
It also features Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and Bluetooth 5.3, offering reliable and fast wireless connectivity. NUC 14 Essential supports up to three 4K displays via HDMI, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with DisplayPort support.
ASUS NUC 14 Essential is slated for release later this quarter. Pricing details will be confirmed closer to its launch.
