Mumbai: In Byculla area, 16 years old girl has Sexually assaulted by 35 years old accused, Who stays in Victim’s building.The victim and the accused live in the same building, Which is High-Rise. According to Victim’s Father Complaint, Agripada Police have registered an FIR and arrested Accused in Byculla Area itself.
According to Agripada Police, Victim’s Family stays on 45th floor and Accused stays on 48th floor of the same Building, where crime occurred. The accused was arrested by the investigating officer from the area where he stays. Accused’s don’t have previous criminal record. Police having CCTV footage as a evidence in this case.
Crimes Committed in Parking Lot and Flat Lounge
Durinh 27 February and 28 June, 35 years old Accused established befriended with 16 years old Victim and forcibly kept Physical relations in the parking lot of their Building, and at that time bit she has been Sexually assaulted.
Also, the accused, taking advantage of the fact that no one was at home, called Her to his house and took her to the lounge room of the plot and physically Assaulted badly to Teen.
