OPPO has officially launched its latest smartphone in the K series — the OPPO K13 5G — in India. It comes with sleek design, powerful hardware, and a massive battery at an affordable price.
The OPPO K13 5G features a large 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It boasts a global peak brightness of up to 1200 nits, which makes the screen easily readable even under harsh sunlight.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC, built on a 4nm process, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. You can choose between 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. This combination delivers a solid performance whether you are multitasking, gaming, or just browsing. OPPO has also added a 5700mm² vapor chamber and a 6000mm² graphite cooling sheet.
The smartphone runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top. It also promises to offer a 2 major OS updates and 3 years of security patches.
The phone features a game-exclusive antenna layout to prevent signal drops when holding the phone horizontally. The AI LinkBoost 2.0 combines a 360° annular-ring antenna system with intelligent network switching to ensure stable connectivity. It will be helpful in places like elevators, basements, or crowded areas.
OPPO K13 5G sports a 50MP main camera with a 2MP portrait lens. It includes several AI features like AI Clarity Enhancer, AI Unblur, AI Reflection Remover, and AI Eraser to enhance your photography game. For selfies, there is a 16MP front camera powered by Sony’s IMX480 sensor. It can also record 4K videos.
The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Other features include stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and USB Type-C audio.
One of the biggest highlights of the OPPO K13 5G is its massive 7000mAh battery. OPPO has used a graphite-based battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It allows you to charge up to 62% in just 30 minutes. The company also claims that the battery will retain over 80% of its capacity even after 5 years.
The phone comes in two distinct color options:. Prism Black and Icy Purple. Prism Black is inspired by a fragment cyber-style design. It incorporates metallic textures, interlaced lighting, and a futuristic vibe. The Icy Purple takes cues from compressed glaciers to offer a subtle purple hue with rhombic textures that resemble floating ice. It also has IP65 water and dust resistance.
