Eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks in their degree.
Must have secured at least a ‘B’ grade in the NCC ‘C’ certificate exam.
Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025):
Candidates must be between 19 to 25 years old.
Date of birth must be between July 2, 2000, and July 1, 2006.
Step to apply:

2. On the home page, select the Officer Entry Application/Login option.
3. Candidates must click “register” on a new page that opens.
4. Fill out the application and register.
5. Click “Submit” when finished.
6. Save a physical copy of the confirmation page for future reference after downloading it.
Probation period:
It is crucial to remember that an officer will be placed on probation for six months following the date of commission. The notice further states that “his/her services may be terminated at any time, before or after the expiration of the probationary period, if he/she is reported on during the probationary period as unsuitable to retain his/her commission.”
Selection process:
Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications.
Centre Allocation Notification: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email regarding their assigned Selection Centre.
SSB Date Selection: Candidates must log in to the website and choose their SSB interview dates, which are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
SSB Process: Only shortlisted candidates will undergo the SSB interview at the designated Selection Centres.
Final Selection & Training: Candidates who clear the SSB and are medically fit will receive joining letters for training in order of merit.
