Sehore (Madhya Pradesh): A massive fire broke out at Deepak Fasteners, a nut-bolt factory located on Indore-Bhopal Road, due to unknown reasons on Saturday.

The fire spread rapidly, and thick black smoke was visible from 10 to 12 km away on both sides of the highway.

According to information, the fire became more dangerous when oil drums inside the factory caught fire, causing loud explosions.

The factory is surrounded by fields with ripe crops, increasing the risk of the fire spreading further.

The incident took place on Saturday afternoon near Khokhri village at the Ambreco factory. Flames were so intense that they could be seen from several kilometers away.

Reports also mentioned multiple blasts inside the factory.

As soon as the fire was reported, three fire trucks from Sehore were sent to the spot. Additional fire trucks from Kothri, Ashta, and Ichhawar were also called to control the situation.

The factory manufactures nuts and bolts, and the fire broke out suddenly around 1 PM. The flames spread quickly, turning into a massive blaze. Seeing the thick smoke and fire, the workers ran outside to save their lives. Firefighters are working to bring the situation under control.
