Trump is expected to host the meeting at 11 a.m. EST. Watch live in our video player above.
The public roundtable event, where Trump and his secretaries are likely to tout his administration’s successes, comes amid bipartisan blowback over deadly shootings of two U.S. citizens in Minneapolis by federal immigration agents. Senate Democrats have also threatened this week to force a government shutdown over Homeland Security funding unless their demands on immigration enforcement reform are met.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio appeared on Capitol Hill Wednesday for his first public testimony on the U.S. military operation in Venezuela, among other topics.
