Bandai Namco has announced a new mobile game based on the BLEACH franchise. The game is titled BLEACH Mirrors High and will launch globally on iOS and Android in summer 2026.
Along with the announcement, BLEACH creator Tite Kubo shared a message confirming his direct involvement in the project. He revealed that he has been part of the game’s development from the very beginning. According to Kubo, he worked on the title, story, and character designs for the game.
Kubo said he became deeply involved in the character design process and ended up creating more designs than originally planned. He also worked on the logo design, aiming to keep it simple while making sure it leaves a strong first impression that reflects his personal style.
The BLEACH creator also confirmed that he took part in the casting auditions and attended recording sessions. This, he said, helped ensure that the characters turned out exactly as he imagined. He added that the story of BLEACH Mirrors High is partly connected to the main storyline of the original manga, giving fans something familiar to look forward to.
More details about gameplay and features are expected to be revealed closer to the launch.
