In shocking news from Uttar Pradesh, a woman in Barabanki passed away after a man performed an operation after watching a YouTube video. He was also under the influence of alcohol. The man who performed the surgery had an illegal clinic. The woman was reportedly suffering from a stone-related problem and had severe pain in her abdomen. The woman’s husband had also given Rs. 20,000 for the operation, as reported by the police.

The shocking case has come to light from Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh (UP). The woman, named Munishra Rawat, was suffering from severe pain in her abdomen due to a stone-related ailment. As a result, the husband, Tehbahadur Rawat, took her in pain to Kothi’s Shri Damodar Aushdhalaya. The clinic operator performed the surgery under the influence of alcohol and was being guided by his nephew. During this time, he ended up leaving a deep incision in the woman’s abdomen.

Who’s the illegal clinic operator?

In Barabanki’s latest news, an illegal clinic was operated by Gyan Prakash Mishra, who guided for a surgery to treat the woman. Mishra had stated that the cost of operation would fall nearly around Rs. 25,000. Tehbahadur Rawat deposited Rs. 20,000 to Mishra for his wife’s operation.

The husband in his complaint mentioned that Gyan Prakash Mishra performed the surgery under the influence of alcohol. He even accused Mishra of performing the surgery after watching a YouTube video while being guided by his nephew, Vivek Kumar Mishra. Gyan Prakash left a deep incision in the woman’s abdomen, which resulted in her death on December 6.

What’s happening now?

The authorities stated that Vivek Kumar Mishra is the nephew of Gyan Prakash Mishra, who is an employee at Raebareli’s ayurvedic hospital. What’s even more shocking is that the illegal clinic was being operated under the guise of his government job, which has been sealed now.

The police have registered a complaint against the Mishras under the relevant sections of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and for negligence.
