New Delhi: Delhi and the adjoining National Capital Region have started experiencing chilly nights as the temperature has started dropping further. This November is chillier than the previous three years. The minimum temperature in Delhi was 3.6 degrees Celsius below normal. The capital city recorded a temperature of 8.7 degrees Celsius. Yesterday’s chilly night broke the three-year record, according to the Indian Meteorological Department. The previous lowest temperature in November was 7.3 degrees Celsius, which was reported three years ago.
