The Donald Trump administration has granted a six-month exemption to India from US sanctions imposed on the Chabahar port in Iran. As per the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Washington has granted India six-months exemption from US sanctions on Chabahar port, allowing New Delhi to continue its engagement in the strategically important port.
