Patna: In a major announcement regarding the upcoming Bihar Assembly election, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar on Sunday informed that the polls in the state will be held before November 22. He said that the Assembly Election will be conducted in Bihar when the current term of the State Assembly ends. In a press conference, Kumar stated that that out of 242 assembly constituencies, two are reserved for Schedule Tribe and 38 are reserved for Schedule Caste.
