Sometimes he used to go to West Bengal and sometimes to Nepal. His alleged Pakistan connection is also being discussed on social media platforms. Also, it is being determined if he is connected to the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.
The case is from Laxmanpur Gangapur of Malhipur police station area. Mubarak Ali alias Noori was a Sai from Baba Shah’s caste. For this reason, he got the title of Baba. His journey, which started from a junkyard, took him to the illegal business of fake notes. Meanwhile, he kept changing his clothing and appearance according to the weather.
He would go to West Bengal and preach
Sometimes he used to ask for zakat (alms) as a fakir (beggar), sometimes he would go to Mumbai in the month of Ramzan and collect donations in the name of mosque and madrasa construction. He would go to Nepal and West Bengal to preach. He would indulge in strong practices and rituals to prove that he is a devout Muslim so that more and more people would connect with him. In this post, he can be seen with the Pakistani flag. It is still visible on his social media platforms. In such a situation, it is also being speculated whether he is related to the ISI. At present, the police are investigating the case thoroughly. At the same time, the investigation is moving forward by connecting the links of the people associated with him and his network.
In order to cover the dark deeds, Noori Baba opened a madrasa eight years ago by taking a piece of land from five brothers of the village. The madarsa helped in protecting him from the law and also covering his activities.
Under the guise of this madrasa, he started “spiritual healing” centre, a dispensary, a place for indulgence and business of fake currency notes. With his soft-spoken nature and simple lifestyle, he was not suspected by anyone to be a con artist.
