Pehalgam terror attack: In a shocking development from Pakistan relating to the Pehalgam terror attack, Salman Ahmed, an aide to former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and a Pakistani-American political activist, has claimed that Army Chief Asim Munir orchestrated the Pehalgam attack to provoke a military conflict with India. The Imran Khan aide also claimed that Munir wanted to exploit this conflict to enhance his image.
