Devolver Digital and developer Sam Eng have announced that Skate Story, the stylish skateboarding adventure, will also be coming to PlayStation 5. The game was initially revealed for PC (Steam), and now, PS5 players will also get to experience its dark, surreal world. Both versions will be launched later this year. A firm release date hasn’t been revealed yet, but more details should arrive in the coming months.
This new announcement brings the game to a wider audience, expanding beyond its original PC release.
Skate Story isn’t your typical skateboarding game. It’s a skateboarding adventure set in the Underworld, where you play as a demon made of glass and pain. The Devil has given you a task:

The game combines fluid skateboarding mechanics with a haunting, dreamlike world. Some of its Nine surreal layers of the Underworld, A psychedelic soundtrack, and over 70 skate tricks.
