Kalina Rangers – CFF produced a dominant display to defeat India On Track 4–0. Controlling the tempo with 55 percent possession, Kalina Rangers were sharp in attack, registering nine shots with six on target. India On Track fought hard and created a few chances but were unable to convert, despite managing four shots on target. The match saw a disciplined contest overall, with limited fouls and no red cards, as Kalina Rangers comfortably sealed a convincing victory.

Mumbay FC secured a narrow 1–0 win over Iron Born FC in a closely contested encounter. The decisive moment came early in the match when Krrish Karpan found the net in the 13:50 minute of game time. Mumbay FC dominated possession with 60 percent and maintained attacking pressure throughout, earning nine corners.

Iron Born FC struggled to create clear chances and finished without a shot on target, as Mumbay FC held firm defensively to claim all three points.
